Land and location
Chapters 01 to 12 cover how land is planned, how locations are compared and how the campus is laid out.
Strategy
Our strategy is written as one book: an executive summary, 26 chapters and annexures L to U. This page gives one line for each chapter. The full text is in the members library.
How the book is built
Chapters 01 to 12 cover how land is planned, how locations are compared and how the campus is laid out.
Chapters 13 to 16 cover ESG, risk, governance and the long-term roadmap.
Chapters 17 to 26 cover the eight platforms and how they fit together. AMS runs platforms 2 and 3.
Annexures L to U cover the first 24 months and the planning models behind them.

How each chapter is written
So that any reader can find the same things in the same place, each chapter has:
How knowledge links up
Each record is linked to the next, so a question about one product can be traced all the way through.
| Step | What it links |
|---|---|
| Product | The board or package a customer needs |
| Technology | The process that makes it |
| Platform | Which of the eight platforms it belongs to |
| Chapter and annexure | Where the plan and its evidence are written |
| Programme and project | The work that delivers it |
| Capability | The skills and equipment it needs |
| Engineering and manufacturing | How it is designed and built |
| Technical service | How it is supported after delivery |
| Knowledge | What we learn, fed back into the next product |
