Access is controlled by the document owner. Each link below opens the record in Google Drive and honours the sharing permissions set on that file. Where access has not been granted, the source will present a Google sign-in or request-access screen. Do not edit the immutable master; changes belong in the populated working copy.
01 — Source registers
The immutable master is the source of record. The populated copy is the working version used for enrichment and validation. Supplier IDs and structure are preserved across both.

Three master documents are held in the shared drive. Their titles are Pending verification — the link access is restricted, so the site labels them by sequence only and does not invent their contents.
